Pen & Nova

This was Nova's third litter and it was also supposed to be her last one. For me, it was like a new begining because Pen (American CH Shannara's Penderrin) is Bowie's son (Nova's first mate). Pen won Best of opposite sex at the 2007 american FCRSA specialty sweepstakes. He also has the very 'scandinavian' look. 8 puppies were born on September 8 2008, all black, 6 males and 2 females.

Sadly, because of a severe virus, 7 puppies died before reaching one week old. My first bad experience as a breeder. But one survived: Lucky!

Lucky (Knightcastle I am a Survivor). On September 16, on my own birthday, Lucky opened his eyes for the first time. On September 21, I started to give him real food grinded and mixed with goat's milk. He loved that so much ! Lucky's story made him famous all around the world! On November 1st 2008 little Lucky left my home for his new one with Guillaume, Annick, 3 kids and Kira and now Max, from the 'Legends' litter. He was in good hands, they are the perfect people for him. Lucky passed away at almost 12 on June 2, 2020. He had a perfect life!
